Type: Space / Sponsored MOCA
Collaboration with USC school
Reimagining and animating the street-level plaza and the entrance of MOCA,
The Museum of Contemporary Art, in Los Angeles‘ downtown Grand Avenue location.
The challenges presented are structural, visceral and experimental.
The new MOCA visitor‘s experience delivers a logical and flowing transition between museum spaces; comfortable areas to enjoy a range of activities, and intimacy in a public space.
My direct contribution within the team was focused on research & strategy, experience & story, store design, lower plaza design and modeling.
